The design includes 9 apartments and a commercial/office space on the ground floor, which will be delivered as a shell and can be flexibly divided as needed. The apartments are organized around a central circulation core with an elevator and stairs, providing access both from the public domain and to the underground parking garage.

The facade finishes play an important role in the architectural character of the building. The front and rear facades of the first and second floors, as well as parts of the ground and third floors, are clad in natural stone/terrazzo in a combination of brown, beige, and gray tones, combined with metallic-colored window frames. The window frames are set back, and the window reveals are also finished in natural stone/terrazzo. Other parts of the facade, such as the recesses on the first and second floors and parts of the third floor, are finished with metallic-colored metal panels. The railings on the upper floors are made of clamped glass, while the gates and fences on the ground floor are executed in metallic-colored metal.

The outdoor space on the ground floor is paved with concrete tiles, while the roofs of the commercial volume and the recessed parts of the second floor are partially executed as green roofs and partially as terraces with wooden finishes. The flat roof above the third floor is covered with visible roofing material.
