For this project, we have adopted the English stadium model, focusing on close contact between players and fans. There are no elevated stands, short distances to the pitch, unobstructed sightlines, ample sanitary facilities, quick and sufficient catering, and short walking paths to the seats. Additionally, we’ve ensured wider evacuation routes for safety. All of these features are designed for the comfort of every supporter, whether young, old, disabled, or with family and companions. This attention to comfort extends throughout the entire stadium, not just at ground level.

The stadium is designed to be modern and innovative, featuring functions that make the building vibrant and reflect the club’s dynamic energy. We elevate the concept of a “green gateway” to Waregem and propose a sustainable, exploitable model. By encapsulating the various functions in simple, recognizable volumes, the project creates a clear and distinctive identity in the green edge of the city.
