The building is located on a plot of 5379.41 m², which is relatively small for the required program, consisting of: a work place and production and sales department. To make best use of the limited space, it was decided to build vertically. The showroom therefore occupies two floors. The ground-level entrance hall and the exhibition floor on level 2 together form a duplex, connected by an escalator, lift and a slow staircase in a large void. This void encourages visitors to go to the spacious showroom on the top floor. Cars can be taken to level 3 via a car lift.‍‍

The workshop has space for 19 workstations, as well as a washing area, storage room and oil room. In addition, the workshop provides space for tyre storage, diagnostic equipment and a first aid room. Offices are also provided for the workshop manager, warehouseman and administrative staff, which are connected to both the workshop and the front building, as these activities take place in both buildings.

The ground floor and level 3 house the Experience Centre, complete with the necessary facilities. Here, visitors, including business owners, employees, schoolchildren, students and private individuals, can immerse themselves in the world of Mercedes-Benz. Through a virtual experience, they are introduced to the technology, ecology and versions of the range of passenger cars and vans.

On level 3, there is a reception area with a bar, and in the area next to the front façade, individual models can be additionally highlighted.
