OBBC Beton

Oosterzele, Belgium
2018

The plot, surrounded by a green berm, is characterized by multicolored sand piles used for concrete production. The new office building functions as a viewpoint over the site, enhancing oversight and visibility of the industrial activities.

The building’s volume is modest, housing only the essential functions required for OBBC's operations. The height and footprint of the building are in line with the existing structures on the site. Constructed from sustainable materials such as concrete, glass, and steel, the building reflects its industrial setting. The natural-colored concrete panels allow the structure to blend into its surroundings while providing the modern comfort expected of an office building.
